Returns and Exchanges


EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Items should be returned within 20 - 30 days and must not be worn, washed or damaged in any way or items will not be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To Exchange/Return your product, you should mail your product to The American Jodhpur Company: 197 Lytton Farm Rd Troutman, NC, 28166, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not will not warrant an exchange . 

You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed.  From this day it should take 3-5 business days, depending upon your financial institution.  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you have still not received your refund please contact us at dloar@americanjods.com.

Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.
