Returns and Exchanges

Items should be returned within 20-30 days and must not be worn, washed or damaged in any way, or items will not be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed. From this day it should take 3-5 business days, depending upon your financial institution.  

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you have still not received your refund please contact us at dloar@americanjods.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not and will not warrant an exchange . 

 

Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
